Wholesale Account Agreement

As a STASHLOGIX Retailer, I agree to the following:

• Not to sell STASHLOGIX products on any online service other than your own website. Specifically, you may not sell STASHLOGIX products on Amazon, Ebay, Etsy or similar marketplace sites or services.
• If a product is returned due to a defect, you will replace the product from your inventory (if possible). STASHLOGIX will then provide you with a replacement as part of your next order. Please email blair@stashlogix.com to make a claim.
